My background is institutional finance and venture-backed startups. I spent six years as a VP in Private Investments at Goldman Sachs, structuring deals and raising over $2 billion all over the world.
I left to co-found a venture-backed company—raised capital, built a team, pivoted, made all the first-time founder mistakes. It failed. That combination—sophisticated capital markets experience and the humbling truth of founder life—gives me dual fluency in spreadsheets and spirit.
I've worn all three major hats—founder, operator, investor—and have the scars and stories to prove it.
Since then, I've worked with founders and CEOs helping them break through plateaus, navigate pivots, and build with clarity and alignment. I see the human underneath the founder. The business problems are almost always personal problems in disguise. I see patterns and around corners that others miss.
